Mango-Onion Chutney
Kerala style chutney made with Raw mango(Pachha manga)
Ingredients
- 1 no Raw mango peeled and cut into pieces, Pachha Manga
- 5 - Small onion Kunjulli
- Red chilly powder As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Curry leaves A stem
- 1 - Coconut oil
Instructions
- Grind together the mango pieces, onion, red chilly powder, salt and curry leaves in a mixer grinder.
- Pour a little coconut oil on top.
- :- Serve with rice.
