Raw mango chutney

Ingredients
- Raw mango(cut into small pieces, big) - 1 no
- Red dry chilly -
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 2 tsp
- Coconut(scraped) - 1/4th of
- Mustard seeds - 3 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curd - 1 cup

Instructions
- Fry Bengal gram and dry chilly in oil.
- Add water and grind to a thick paste.
- Add handful cut mango and grind coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard and curry leaves and pour the paste into it and switch off the stove.
- Add curd on top of it and mix well.
- Add the left over mangoes and mix well.
- :- Goes well with rice.

I thought 5 tsp of mustard was too much. I only added 3 tsp and it was nice
