3 tbsp Melted butter200 g Biscuit (powdered)200 g Paneer1 tin Condensed milk200 ml Fresh cream2 tsp Gelatin1/2 cup Mango pulp )For preparing mango paneer cake, soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water for 15 minutes.Mix powdered biscuit and melted butter well and press it in the vessel in which the cake will be madeGrind paneer and condensed milk in a mixy to make a paste. Keep it aside.Melt the soaked gelatin in steam.Add the melted gelatin, fresh cream and mango pulp to the paneer paste and mix well.Pour it gently over the biscuit mixture.Freeze it in freezer for 30 minutes and then transfer it to the lower side of the fridge.Mango paneer cake is ready.
