  • 3 tbsp Melted butter
  • 200 g Biscuit powdered
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 200 ml Fresh cream
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Mango pulp


  • )For preparing mango paneer cake, soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water for 15 minutes.
  • Mix powdered biscuit and melted butter well and press it in the vessel in which the cake will be made
  • Grind paneer and condensed milk in a mixy to make a paste. Keep it aside.
  • Melt the soaked gelatin in steam.
  • Add the melted gelatin, fresh cream and mango pulp to the paneer paste and mix well.
  • Pour it gently over the biscuit mixture.
  • Freeze it in freezer for 30 minutes and then transfer it to the lower side of the fridge.
  • Mango paneer cake is ready. Serve it garnished with cherries.
