Ingredients
- Raw mango(sliced) - 2 cups
- Jaggery(Sharkkara) - 3/4 cup
- Chilli powder - 3 tsp
- Asafoetida(Kaayam) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5 nos

Instructions
- Cut the raw mango into thin slices.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Splutter mustard seed, black gram and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and asafoetida and fry till the raw smell goes.
- Add all the mango slices and fry.
- Add 1 or 2 spoon of oil at the end.
- :- Serve with curd rice.
- :- If you use gingelly oil taste will be too good.
