Marble Cake - Marble Cake Easy
Ingredients
- 4 nos Eggs
- 200 gm Flour
- 225 gm Butter
- 25 gm Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 225 gm Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanila essence
Instructions
- Sift the flour with baking powder.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks.
- Dissolve cocoa in little water and cook on a low fire and keep aside.
- Beat egg white, sift and fold in.
- Pour half the quantity into a prepared tin.
- Mix cocoa to the remaining batter.
- Pour small amount of it on the top of the white layer with the frinkles.
- Mix white and black layer in order to produce lime.
- Bake in a moderate oven, till done.
