- Rice - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- green chilli - 2
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 ½ tsp) -
- Tomato - 1
- Mixed vegetables - 2 cups
- Mint leaves(handful) -
- Coriander leaves(handful) -
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder(a pinch) -
- Red chilli powder(-1 tsp) -
- Garam masala(– 2 tsp) -
- Salt : As required -
- Cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cloves - 3
- Bay leaf - 1
- Oil and ghee - 4 tblap

Instructions
- Then add onions and green chili. saute till it turns transparent.
- Add tomato and saute well till it becomes soft
- Now add mixed vegetables and cook well with salt
- Now add all powders and mix well
- Now add curd and cook for 2 minutes and add water in 1:2 ratio and add mint and coriander leaves
- In mean time soak rice and when water starts boiling add rice.
- Now close lid and cook for 5 minutes in high flame and 10 minutes in low flame and turn off and fluff the rice with fork or knife
- Now Marriage Style Veg biriyani is ready
