  • In a pan add oil and saute onion and capsicum till onion turns golden brown, followed by parsley and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add chilly, coriander and jeera powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add half the milk and let it cook.
  • Dry or ghee toast the bread and cut into small pieces.
  • Add this bread to the frying mixture and toss.
  • Add the remaining milk and let it cook till the bread gets blended.
  • Serve with sauce.
