  • Add one glass of water to curd and blend in a mixer to make buttermilk.
  • In a hot pan, heat some oil and fry cumin seeds, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Switch off the gas stove and add curd, salt to taste, sugar, and coriander leaves. Either cool it in the fridge or serve it immediately with crushed ice.
