- Chicken boneless(cut into long strips) - 1 cup
- Shallots(kunjulli) - 10 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- garlic - 4 cloves
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Rice powder - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing masala coated chicken fry, mix chicken pieces with rice powder, corn flour, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste.
- Deep fry it in oil and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat oil. Fry the ground masala in it.
- Add curry leaves and chicken pieces. Fry and mix again.
- Masala coated chicken fry is ready.
