  • Clean and wash the fish using salt and lemon juice and cut it into small pieces.
  • Slice small onions after removing the skin.
  • Handmix grated coconut, sliced onion, chopped ginger, crushed green chillies or kanthari mulaku and turmeric powder.
  • Put the fish pieces in a pan or meen chatti, add salt, tamarind (kudampuli), coconut mixture and mix it well.
  • Add little water and cover the pan with a lid and cook in medium flame until all the water gets evaporated.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoon coconut oil over the dish just before removing it from fire.
  • :-Serve hot with rice

    its very recipe…..u dont use garlic ……..??to add garlic….then the perfect meen peer wll ready ……
