- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Turmeric - 1 pinch
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
- Now wash and clean Methi and chop well
- Now in bowl and flour and mix well
- Now add all other powders and mix well . Now add methi and mix well
- Now add curd and mix well . Now add little water and make soft dough
- Now roll small ball and keep aside
- Now heat oil and fry the Dhebra and turn both side and drain out
- Now its ready to serve Methi Dhebra
