- Corn - ½ cup
- Cashew(soaked) - ¼ cup
- Curd(beaten) - ½ cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Potato(cubed) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Cardamoms - 1 no
- Poppy seeds(Kaskas) - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing microwave corn kuruma/korma, cook the corn with potato for 5 minutes in a large microwave safe bowl.
- Soak kaskas in 1 tbsp of water and grind well. Keep aside.
- Now add beaten curd and combine well. Masala for corn kuruma/korma, microwave is ready.
- Pour the the masala over the cooked corn and potao. Add the cashewnuts and mix carefully.
- Place the bowl in a 100% preheated microwave for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
