  • Remove the brown sides of bread slices and break into pieces
  • Add milk into the bread pieces to get a soft dough
  • Make small balls out of it.heat oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium hot oil.the oil should not be too hot.
  • Make sure that these balls are fried evenly by turning the sides on and on.
  • Make sugar syrup with sugar,water and cardamom.add the fried balls to the prepared syrup and cook on law flamefor about 5 minutes.
  • Serve it

Notes

Make the sugar syrup and keep it ready on low flame before preparing the gulab jamun dough.
