Instructions
- Knead them to make a stiff dough.
- Make small parts of the above dough and roll them into 4" rounds.
- Keep them aside so as to make them a bit dry.
- Fry them in hot ghee until the colour becomes golden.
- Drain and leave it to cool till the khajas becomes crisper.
- :- Serve it or store in an airtight container.
