  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add jeera, chopped onions and green chillies and stir fry them.
  • Add all vegetables and water as required. Mix them.
  • Add a cup of milk to this and close the pan with a lid.
  • Let it boil.
  • Once it starts boiling, add garam masala and stir for 5 secs.
  • Close the lid again and reduce the heat.
  • Cook until all vegetables are boiled.
  • Once the water milk mixture reduces, you may take it out if you need gravy, or wait until the curry is dried up.
  • :- Dont dry it up completely.
  • Mix well before serving.
  • :- If you have cooked rice, mix the rice with this curry in the pan itself. Believe me, your friends will ask, is this a new type of Biriyani?
  • :- This curry has proven to be the best combination for chappathis.

    Its really a good recipe.Thanks a lot for this recipe.
    I have one suggestion.First cook the vegettables with coriander powder and masala then afterwards add the milk.Boil it in low flame.
    Anyhow its really good with chappathi roti appam.

    i was searching the veg. curry recipe without using coconut .. i tried this recipe it came very very yummy and also easy to make.. this is the one i expect.. thanks..
