- Mint - 1 big
- Coriander - 1/2 bunch
- Curry leaves(small amount) -
- Onions - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Green chili - 5
- Ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 6 nos
- Carrot - 2
- Potato - 1
- Cauliflower(small) -
- Green peas - 1 scoop
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as needed) -
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Clean and wash all mint and coriander and curry leaves
- Boil all vegetable and keep aside
- Take blender add onions and tomato mixture Grind roughly
- Add mint coriander and curry leaves together and grind the smoothie paste.
- In other pan add oil and add jeera for temper.
- Add the paste which we grind and cook till aroma comes
- Add boiled vegetables which we boiled before and cook for 5 to 7 mins and off the flame
- Noe its ready to serve Mixed Vegetable Mint Gravy.
