Instructions
- Soak the moong dal in hot water for 2 hours
- After 2 Hours Blend it into smooth paste
- In a pan heat the heat and fry the cashews and raisins
- In the same ghee add moong dal paste and stir it
- Stir continuously in low flame for 10 mins
- now add sugar and stir it
- add fried Cashews and raisins and stir it
- Keep stirring until it thickens and is non-sticky
- now garnish with remaining cashews and raisins, now moong dal halwa is ready to serve
