Instructions
- fry the moong dal with adding oil
- boil the moon dal and smash it
- in a big vessel add water and boil it
- once the water get boiled add boiled moong dal and mix well
- add sugar and mix it
- add milk and mix well
- now add cardamom powder and mix it
- in a pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews
- transfer the cashews into moong dal and mix well allow to cook for 15 mins in medium flame
- before the turn off the flame add grated coconut and mix well
- moong dal kheer / pasiparuppu payasam is ready to serve
