Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Paalak(chopped finely) - 1 cup
- Moong(plain or sprouted) - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic pods(crushed) - 4 -
- Green chillies(crushed) - 2 -
- Oil - 5 -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Pressure cook the moong adding water up to 3 or 4 whistles until very soft.
- Take the wheat flour in a bowl.
- Add the moong and 1 tbsp of oil.
- Make a smooth dough.
- Roll them into rotis and fry them from both sides putting oil.
- :- Serve them hot with Mint chutney or curds.
