- Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Soak rice for 2 hours or over night and Grind well and keep aside
- Now add Butter milk and mix well
- In pan add oil and temper with mustard and urad dal and channa dal
- Now add Curry leaves and dry chili
- Now add Rice buttermilk batter with salt and stir continuously

- Now close lid and cook for 5 minutes
- In a plate grease oil and transfer the morkali
- After 10 mins shape with knife and serve it
- Now its ready to serve Morkali
