Ingredients
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Buttermilk(thin)(Moru) - 1 cup
- Water(Sufficient to make the batter thinner than the dosa batter) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curd chillies/Green chillies - 3 -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Asafoetida(A pinch, Kayam) -
- Oil - 1/2 cup
For seasoning:-
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Black gram(A little, Uzhunnuparippu) -

Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except for the chillies and oil.
- Add water to get a freeflow pouring consistency.
- Heat oil in a heavybottomed pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
- Add chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the rice batter and keep stirring continuously for 2 mins.
- When is water is completely absorbed and it gets the texture of halwa, remove from the flame.
- Pout it on a plate.
- Make diamond or square slices.
- :- Serve hot.
