Morkuzhu - Morkali Evening Snack - Morkuzhu - Morkali 1 cup Rice flour1 cup Buttermilk(thin) (Moru)Water (Sufficient to make the batter thinner than the dosa batter)Salt (As reqd)3 - Curd chillies/Green chilliesCurry leaves (A few)Asafoetida (A pinch, Kayam)1/2 cup OilFor seasoning:-1 tsp Mustard seedsBlack gram (A little, Uzhunnuparippu) Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except for the chillies and oil.Add water to get a freeflow pouring consistency.Heat oil in a heavybottomed pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.Add chillies and curry leaves.Add the rice batter and keep stirring continuously for 2 mins.When is water is completely absorbed and it gets the texture of halwa, remove from the flame.Pout it on a plate.Make diamond or square slices.:- Serve hot.
