Instructions Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Splutter mustard seeds. Add fenugreek and curry leaves. Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute. Add tamarind juice. When it starts to froth, add jaggery(optional). Remove from flame. :- Serve with hot and steamy rice.
