Murillo's Chicken A tasty chicken curry 1 kg Chicken2 nos Onion2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste1/2 cup Coconut1 tsp Jeera1 tbsp Coriander powder/Dhaniya2-3 nos Cardamom (Elaichi)2-3 nos Cloves (Grambu)5 nos Pepper2 pieces Cinnamon (Dalchini)2 nos Dry red chillies1/4 cup Tamarind waterCoriander leaves for garnishing Clean the chicken pieces and cut into 2 inch pieces.Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste & salt. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.Grind coconut, jeera, dhaniya, elaichi, cloves, pepper, dalchini & dry red chillies.Slice the onios.Heat oil in a kadai & fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Then add the marinated chicken into the kadai and fry.Add the ground masala & tamarind water.
