Ingredients
- Mushrooms(cut into half each) - 1/2 kg
- Onion(diced) - 3 nos
- Capsicum(diced) - 1 no
- Ginger(julienned) - 1 tsp
- garlic(julienned) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As rqrd) -

Instructions
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala and mix it well.
- Cover the kadai with a lid and keep it in a low flame for 10 minutes.
- When it is cooked , remove from fire and serve hot with rotis and parathas.
