Mushroom in a tasty gravy

Ingredients
- Mushrooms(sliced) - 2 cups
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots(chopped, Kunjulli) - 6 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Coconut(grated) - 1 half
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies(broken) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mushroom curry, cook mushrooms, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, shallots, tomato and salt with a little water.
- Fry coconut and pepper powder in oil. Grind it to make a fine paste.
- Then add in the chicken masala. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
- Splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves in oil. Add this to the gravy and mix.
- Mushroom curry is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapathi, etc.
