Spicy with coconut

Ingredients
- Mushroom - 200 gm
- Onion(big size) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 4 tbsp
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Red chilly(optional) - 2 nos
- Oil(as reqd) -
- Mustard seeds(few) -

Instructions
- Mix chopped mushroom with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and keep it aside for 3 min and then wash off. :- To check it is poisoned, if so, it will become dark in color)
- Splutter mustard seeds,add cumins,onions,green chillies and red chilles (if required).
- Saute it well till onions become brown.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, stir it well and add some water, so that it becomes a paste.
- Cover it with the lid and serve when it is cooked.
- :-Can be dry or gravy,as your wish.
