- Mussels(cleaned) - 2 cups
- Dry chilly paste - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mussels fry, mix mussels, chilly paste, coriander, turmeric, lime, garam masala, pepper and salt.
- Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Pour little oil in pan, add mussels and fry well.
- When mussels are cooked, add green chillies, curry leaves and coconut.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Mussels fry is ready.
