Ingredients
- Mussels(cleaned, washed and drained, Kakka erachi) - 250 g
- Onion(chopped) - 1/2 of
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Meat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- First take a pan and stir in the ingredients: drained mussels, chilly powder, meat masala, garam masala, pepper powder, curry leaves and required salt. Mix well and add 1/4 cup of water.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook in low flame till mussels are done and water has evaporated completely.
- In a bowl, Mix together grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, onion, turmeric powder and little salt. Mix well with hand.
- Delicious Mussels/kakka erachi fry is ready. Serve hot.
