  • Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds.
  • Then add onion and salt. Saute till it becomes light golden in colour.
  • Now it's time to add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masala. Saute well for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Then add chicken pieces.
  • Combine well and cover the top. Cook for 15 minutes in medium flame. Check whether chicken is cooked well.
  • After 15 minutes add pepper powder, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook again for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finally add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes. Remove it from the flame.
