Nadan Special Uzhunnu Vada is a tasty snack that goes well and is a special delight with a cup of hot tea. Instructions
- Add green chilies and curry leaves to batter.
- Mix well properly. Add 1 spoon rice powder to this and mix well for getting crispiness to vada.
- Keep a cup of water near by and wet the hands to prevent sticking of batter. Make round balls with palm and press gently. With finger we have to make a hole in center.
- When this vada become brown in color it is ready to take from oil.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
