Namak Pare Namak Pare 1 cup Allpurpose flour (maida)1 cup Semolina (Rava/Sooji)1 tsp Thymol (Ajwain)2 tbsp Beaten curdSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Ghee or oil Mix the flour, rava, ajwain and salt together.Add the beaten curd and enough warm water and knead into a stiff dough.Shape the dough into a ball and roll the ball into a thick circle. Cut them into squares.Deep fry these squares and remove when light brown in colour.Drain thoroughly and leave it to cool.:- Store in air-tight containers. North Indian
