New York Cheesecakes are creamy, and smooth, and rich, and dense, and absolutely delicious. This cheesecake has three layers, starting with cookies cracker crumb crust that is topped with a cream cheese filling and sweetened sour cream. and third layer fruit sauce/ any jam can apply. this looks outstanding

Instructions
- In blender add cookies grind coarsely and keep aside
- Now Melt butter and make crumbs and keep aside
- In loose pan / spring pan grease butter and make crust layer in pan and refrigerate 30mins
- Now add egg ,flour and essence beat well
- Now add sour cream and beat gently
- Now pour mixture in second layer in pan
- Now pre heat oven for 10 min and bake 1 hour in 160 degree and open oven and rest for 20 mins hot oven
- Now remove and cool for 30 mins in room temperature and 4 hour in refrigerate
- In sauce pan add jam and melt thin syrup and pour in cheese cake as top layer
- Now refrigerate for 1 hour and remove and serve. New York cheese cake ready
