Instructions
- Pour little oil in pan, add chicken pieces and fry till golden brown color.
- When done, keep pieces aside.
- Add tomatoes and cover with lid for 2 minutes to soften the tomato.
- Add chilly powder, olives and pepper.
- Keep the chicken on top.
- Pour little water on sides. Cover well and cook chicken in low flame for 10 minutes.
- When done, chicken should be well coated with gravy.
- Olive chicken is ready.
