Omellette Curry Spicy omellette 4 nos Eggs1 tsp Onion (chopped)1 tsp Green chillies (chopped)Salt (As reqd)1 tsp Turmeric powderWhole garam masala (A few)1 tsp Cunmin seeds (Jeerakam)4 Bay leaves (Vazhana/Karuga ela)1/4 cup Onion pasteGinger (garlic paste - 1/4 cup)1 cup Tomato (chopped)1/2 cup Curd2 tsp Red chilly powder1 cup WaterOil (As reqd)Coriander leaves for garnishing Heat oil in a pan and spread it evenly on it.Beat the egg with onion, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder.Make an omellette and cut them into 6 equal portions.Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, whole garam masala and bay leaves into it.Add the rest of the ingredients and fry it for few minutes, until the oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan.Add water and allow it to boil.Add the pieces and cover it for 10 minutes.Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve hot with rice or chappathis. Not worth to try. much better if we have the omlet as such. cant understand wht to do with curd. may b tht will improve the taste. so plz correct it.
