  • Heat oil in a pan and spread it evenly on it.
  • Make an omellette and cut them into 6 equal portions.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, whole garam masala and bay leaves into it.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and fry it for few minutes, until the oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
  • Add water and allow it to boil.
  • Add the pieces and cover it for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with rice or chappathis.

    Not worth to try. much better if we have the omlet as such. cant understand wht to do with curd. may b tht will improve the taste. so plz correct it.

    Pls….don`t try .I suppose author herself might not yet gone 4 the taste……half ingre r still to be added.
