  • Slice the onions thinly.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Saute the onions.
  • When onions are half done, add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Cook it for about 15 mins and allow to cool.
  • Blend the mixture to a fine paste.
  • :- Serve with dosas and idlis.
