Onion Chammanthy A side dish for dosas and idlis 2 nos Onions (medium)3 tsp Chilly powder2 tsp Coriander powderSalt (As reqd)1 tsp Oil Slice the onions thinly.Heat oil in a skillet.Saute the onions.When onions are half done, add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.Cook it for about 15 mins and allow to cool.Blend the mixture to a fine paste.:- Serve with dosas and idlis.
