500 g Chicken
2 Tomato
2 Onion
4 Green chilly
Ginger small pc
1 clove Garlic
2 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Pepper powder
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Instructions

Marinated the chicken pieces in red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt as requires .deep fry in oil.
Grind tomato,onion,green chilly,ginger and garlic to make a fine paste.
Add the onion tomato paste into the same pan that we have fried the chicken.
Add garam masala,pepper powder and salt.
Add fried chicken and mix well
When it starts get thick,add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Cook until it becomes half dry.
Onion tomato paste chicken gravy is ready to serve
