Instructions
- Add chilli paste to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,mint leaves,onions and tomatoes.
- Add palak,to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add fried potatoes to this and stir continuously.
- Add yogurt and salt and turmeric powder to this and stir all together.
- Saute this mix for 2 minutes.Cook in a slow flame.
- Add little rice over potato masala .
- Then add potato layer and fried onions layer.
- Next add rice layer.
- Next fry cashew and kissmiss keep it aside.
- Put ghee , fried onions and fried cashew and kissmiss on the top of rice.
- Put the lid and do not cook directly over flame.First put tawa on the flame then put the biriyani handi cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.
- Now hot palak aloo biriyani is ready to serve.
