Instructions
  1. Chop Palak, Onion, Tomato, green chilly, garlic and ginger in to small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and palak.
  5. Add turmeric, chilly & garam masala powder and salt.
  6. Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked masoor dal to it.
  8. :- Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
