Mashed potato mixed with paneer and chopped palak to prepare tikkis
Instructions
- For preparing palak paneer tikki, mix together crushed paneer, mashed potato and chopped palak.
- Add required salt and mix well.
- Make small tikkis and dip them in rice flour.
- Take a non-stick pan and heat some ghee. Cook the tikkis on both sides till golden brown in color.
- Palak paneer tikki, a yummy nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
