Ingredients
- Paneer(chopped) - 1 cup
- Mushroom(chopped) - 1 cup
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- Add coriander, chilly powder, pepper and cumin powder.
- Add paneer and mushroom to it and fry again.
- When done and it becomes semi dry masala, sprinkle chaat masala.
- Remove from flame.
