Ingredients
- Paneer(cut into small cubes) - 250 gm
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/ 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cashew paste - 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt to taste -
- Coriander leaves -

Instructions
- Boil the paneer cubes just for a minute,drain it and keep it aside.
- Heat butter in a fry pan, add the onion paste and saute it well.
- Add the cooked paneer cubes and stir well.
- Add cashew paste , fresh cream and coriander leaves. Stir well but don't boil.
- Delicious Paneer Butter Masala is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, naan or roti.
