A very simple and highly nourishing pappaya recipe.

- Pappaya(grated, Kappalanga) - 250 g
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 of
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a vessel and mix together grated pappaya, grated coconut, slit green chillies, curry leaves and required salt.
- Cover the vessel with a lid and cook in low heat.
- When the pappaya is done, remove the vessel from flame and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and crackle mustard seeds. Pour the cooked pappaya into the frying pan and saute in low heat until dry.
- Pappaya thoran, an extremely nutritious dish, is ready. Serve hot.
