- Peanuts(roasted and ground) - 2 tbsp
- Almonds(roasted and ground) - 2 tsp
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Cucumber(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Mustard seeds(A pinch) -
- Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Dry red chilly(broken) - 1 no
- Urad dal(A pinch, Uzhunnu parippu) -
- Asafoetida(A pinch, Kayam) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal, cumin, red chilly and curry leaves.
- Pour the tempering into the peanut yogurt mixture.
- Peanut yogurt raita, a tasty dip with idly, dosa etc is ready.
