  • Chop onion, ginger and garlic
  • Mix corn flour with water
  • Dip the paneer and fry it in oil.
  • Fry till both sides are done. Strain excess oil and keep it aside
  • In a kadai heat oil add ginger and garlic and fry till turns brown
  • Then fry the onion and sauté
  • Add the chili and tomato sauce( since it is homemade fried it for 5 minutes else we can add the other tomato sauce simultaneously and fry just for one minute)
  • Add the soya sauce and sauté for a minute
  • Add little water for gravy consistency
  • Now add the fried paneer and coat the masala on both sides.
  • Serve hot
