  1. soak chana overnight and cook it with little salt.

  2. fry the spices and grind it.

  3. squeeze tomato and mix red chili powder, channa masala, tamarind pulp, aumchur powdr, methi leaf,and black salt.

  4. in oil add spices and ginger paste.

  5. now add the tomato mix to it and allow it to cook.
