Instructions Cook sago in 2 cups of water and keep it aside. Cook pineapple in little water.Add sugar ,yellow colour and saute it for 10 minutes. Add the cooked sago to the pineapple paste. Mix well. Add coconut (second)milk ,salt and cardamom powder. Mix and boil .Stir continously. When it starts to boil, add first milk and condensed milk. Mix well and switch off the flame. Pineapple payasam is ready to serve. Enjoi.
