2 nos Pineapple (chopped)2 kg Sugar1 no Egg white3 nos Cinnamon (Karugapatta)5 nos Cloves (Grambu)1 1/2 litre Water (boiled & cooled)1/2 tsp Yeast For preparing pineapple wine, beat egg well.Mix sugar and water.Mix pineapple, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, egg and yeast in a jar.
