Pista Halwa is a very simplified version of the famous halwa.Pista Halwa has a mild nutty flavour and attractive colour, both of which make it very tempting. This Halwa is mildly flavoured with cardamom, and tastes good as such.

Instructions
- Soak the pista in hot water for 15 mins
- Remove the skin
- blend it into smooth paste by adding milk
- add cardamom powder and stir continuously
- keep stirring until it thickens and is non-sticky
- heat the ghee in the pan and fry the mixed nuts and transfer to the halwa and stir it.
- now pista halwa is ready to serve
