It is a nice dosa with wheat and vegetables.Kids will love this a lot.It is a healthy dosa for school going children.
Instructions
- Take wheat flour and chopped onions in a bowl.
- Add 1 egg tothis mix and beat it well with a spoon.
- Add green chillies,tomatoes ,coriander leaves and salt mix all well for 2 minutes.
- Place a dosa pan over stove pour 1 spoon of batter into tawa ,cook for 2 minutes.
- When one side of dosa cooked ,turn to other side with a spatula.
- When it is cooked put into a plate and serve with white chutney.
