  • slice the onion, tomato, capsicum
  • prepare thick dosa batter
  • heat the dosa tawa, pour the 1 cup
  • add all the vegetables
  • add red chili flakes, chat masala and oil/ ghee, if need add cheese
  • close the lid and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • now pizza dosa is ready to serve
